Time tracker for Monday.com, built for billable hours.

We're building a time tracker for Monday.com that tracks billable time per Monday item against project budgets. The ClickUp version is live today; Monday.com is in development. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it ships.

Built by Devinium in Melbourne. We've shipped database-first software since 2007.

What this Monday.com time tracker will do.

Same engine as the live ClickUp version, wired into the Monday.com integration we're building.

Per-item billables

Tracks billable time per Monday item.

The timer will attach to the Monday item your team is already in, not a separate app. Hours land against the project budget the moment you stop the timer.

Budget visibility

Hours burnt versus hours quoted.

Project leads will see budget burn in real time per workspace. No end-of-month surprise, and no "we're halfway through the budget" emails on day 30 of 30.

Clean export

Billable-hour data without retyping.

Time data will export cleanly to your invoicing tool. The data lives in PostgreSQL, not behind a vendor API, so you can query it, archive it, or move it.
A schematic of the Time Tracker engine: the same one running on ClickUp today, being adapted for Monday.com. The ClickUp integration is shown; the Monday.com integration is in development. Real screenshots will land when captures are ready.

Why not Monday.com's built-in tracking?

Monday.com ships a basic built-in timer. It captures duration. If you bill by the hour, that's where it stops being useful.

The built-in column is fine if you bill by the day. If you bill clients per hour, attached to a Monday item, against a quoted budget, you outgrow it on the third project. Three concrete gaps the Monday.com integration will close:

  • Your data, your database. Time Tracker writes to PostgreSQL with full export. Monday.com's column keeps your time data behind their API.
  • Predictable pricing. No per-seat or per-feature escalator. One price for the team, regardless of which Monday.com plan you sit on.
  • Deeper Monday.com integration. Project-budget tracking, billable rate cards, and weekly billable-hour reports the finance person actually uses. Monday.com's column doesn't reach that far.

Tier 2: primary fit

Mid-size firms, 10+ staff.
